Course Overview

The ability to prevent and treat illness and injury that result within the community and workplace is a valuable skill. First aid training is particularly important for those in charge of people, such as managers and supervisors.

Introductory First Aid is a short online course that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response to a casualty. This introductory first aid course applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

On completion of this course you will feel confident to respond to first aid emergencies both in the community and the workplace.
