Reference lists are created to allow readers to locate original sources themselves. Each citation in a reference list includes various pieces of information including the:

  1. Name of the author(s)
  2. Year published
  3. Title
  4. City published
  5. Publisher
  6. Pages used

Please use the following Harvard Reference style in your assignments.

  • Last name, First Initial. (Year published). Title. City: Publisher, Page(s).

Participants who have undertaken previous study at another training organisation may be eligible to receive exemptions from units. All Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applications must be accompanied by suitable documentary evidence of previous study (eg. transcripts). Previous studies must have been completed within the past 5 years, with credit available up to a maximum of 50% of the units in your nominated course.

If you require assistance with the course materials and need a concept explained further, please email  with your query and your tutor will respond promptly and personally. Your assigned tutor will guide you through the course materials, help you with any problems and provide feedback on your assignments.

In order to successfully complete the course, you will need to complete all of of the assignments. We use a competency-based assessment; if you do not receive a ‘Competent/Pass’ grade you will be asked to resubmit your assignment. You are able to submit your work for marking three (3) times only. If you do not pass your assignment on the third attempt, you will need to re-enrol into the unit (charges apply).

No. Our courses are assessed via written exercises and assignments and all assignments are submitted online via our elearning system. There are no on-campus requirements for our students.
